Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Production Manager to oversee joinery production operations, ensure quality standards, and manage production schedules efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily joinery production activities and workflow.
  

• Supervise production staff and allocate tasks effectively.
  

• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
  

• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
  

• Coordinate with design, technical, and installation teams.
  

• Monitor material usage and minimize production wastage.
  

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in joinery production management.
  

• Experience in joinery, woodworking, or interior fit-out production.
  

• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes and materials.
  

• Ability to manage production teams and meet deadlines.
  

• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
