Joinery Production Manager

As a Joinery Production Manager, you will oversee the entire production process ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves managing a team of skilled carpenters, painters, general workers, while coordinating with other departments and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and supervise the production team, including joiners, carpenters, and other staff.
  
• Production Planning: Plan and schedule production activities to meet project deadlines.
  
• Quality Control: Ensure all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
  
• Process Improvement: Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Joinery Production Manager or similar role.
