We are currently seeking a Joint Operations Center (JOC) Intelligence Analyst to support operations in El Paso, TX. This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start date of October 1, 2026. This is a full-time, CONUS position requiring an active DoD TS/SCI Level clearance.

As a Joint Operations Center (JOC) Intelligence Analysts you will support a high-priority Special Operations and Joint Interagency mission in El Paso, Texas. This position serves as a critical member of the operations watch floor, maintaining situational awareness, integrating intelligence, coordinating operational activities, and supporting command decision-making in a dynamic, 24/7 mission environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and actively support ongoing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions to provide situational awareness and operational support.

  • Conduct target and adversary network analysis and development within specified Named Areas of Interest (NAIs) to support current and future operations.

  • Produce and disseminate timely and accurate intelligence reports, summaries, and briefings to the JOC watch floor and command leadership.

  • Maintain accurate, detailed logs of operational activities, intelligence observations, and mission-critical events.

  • Utilize various intelligence databases, geospatial analysis tools, and communication systems to support the JOC's common operational picture.

  • Provide written and verbal reports to command and higher headquarters as required to provide situational awareness of ongoing intelligence operations.

  • Manage, handle, and secure data on NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS, ensuring compliance with all policies regarding the classification and handling of information.

  • Monitor classified and unclassified intelligence reporting on Government of Mexico and Cartel activities within Mexico.

  • Monitor and actively support ongoing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions and feeds to provide situational awareness and operational support.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Required Qualifications

  • Shall demonstrate at least 5 years of intelligence analysis experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting ISR missions, including the ability to perform Full Motion Video (FMV) Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED).

  • Experience in supporting ISR missions, including the ability to perform Full Motion Video (FMV) Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED).

  • Experience preparing intelligence reports, operational summaries, or command briefings.

  • Working knowledge of Intelligence Community directives, intelligence reporting standards, and intelligence tradecraft.

  • Must have a current and active DoW TS/SCI security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following qualifications will receive elevated consideration:

  • Experience supporting USSOCOM, USNORTHCOM, Joint Task Forces, Special Mission Units (SMUs), or Joint Interagency organizations.

  • Experience as a Joint Operations Center Watch Officer, Operations Specialist, ISR Tactical Controller, Intelligence Watch Officer, or Command Center operator.

  • Familiarity with Maven Smart System and other ISR exploitation tools.

  • Experience utilizing Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) platforms and classified intelligence systems.

  • ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) Certification or equivalent operational ISR experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing senior military leadership.

  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, supporting 24/7 operations.

Travel Requirements

Up to 10% travel for Temporary Duty (TDY) by motor vehicle and/or air travel may be required; some overnight stays possible. Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.

Security Requirement

Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.
