Joint Venture Quality Program Coordinator Nurse (RN)
Summary
A Registered Nurse coordinates the quality program for Deaconess Health System's joint ventures: abstracting and validating clinical quality data in the EHR, monitoring performance metrics and care gaps, educating physicians and staff, and coordinating patient outreach and CMS/ACO reporting. Core tools include EHR systems, PowerBI/Tableau, and Excel.
The Quality Program Coordinator Nurse for Deaconess Joint Ventures combines registered nursing expertise with quality analytics to support clinical quality strategy and performance improvement across all joint ventures at Deaconess Health System. Reporting directly to the Quality Program Supervisor of Joint Ventures, this role brings a clinical lens to data analysis, care gap closure, and performance improvement efforts - enabling deeper engagement with physicians, clinical staff, and patient care workflows than a non-clinical analyst role. For this role, Deaconess is looking for an experience nurse with experience at the bedside to bring that skillset to our Joint Venture team.
