Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and light commercial buildings
- Interpret and follow electrical plans, blueprints, and technical diagrams
- Ensure all installations are completed in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Coordinate with project managers and construction crews on project timelines and job requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and perform diagnostics using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure job site safety and cleanliness, adhering to OSHA regulations and company policies
- Mentor apprentices and support training of junior team members
- Accurately complete work logs, inspection reports, and job site documentation
