- Starting flat rate pay at $35/hour – with a potential to increase to $60 per hour with Efficiency Bonus Opportunities

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair
- Perform extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the cause(s) of customers’ concerns and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Mentor and coach less experienced automotive technicians/mechanics
- Assist fellow technicians to become efficient and effective
- Keep workspace clean and safe to ensure safety and equipment longevity
