General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills
- Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional fashion
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients
- Previous professional painting experience required
- Ability to handle physical workload with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc.
- Deadline and detail-oriented, while staying on budget
- Customer service oriented, you like getting a job done right
- Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
- Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them
- Preferred to have own truck and equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of three years of painting experience verifiable through references
