Journeyman Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber to assist with installations and service projects across property. You will be responsible for executing complex layout plans, assembling piping systems, and troubleshooting commercial infrastructure. The ideal candidate works well independently, prioritizes safety, and can mentor entry-level apprentices.
Essential Functions:
- Identify potential problems to prevent premature and/or unexpected breakdowns/failures.
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems carrying water, steam, chemicals, and fuel in heating, cooling, lubricating and other process piping systems.
- Inspect high-pressure, air, steam, water, and gas systems to ascertain malfunctions.
- Interpret drawings and specifications to determine layout requirements.
- Measure, cut, thread, bend, ream, and install pipe and pipe fittings.
- Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, or fixtures in structures.
- Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances, or fixtures using hand or power tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and installations.
- Submit all complete paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain properly clean and stocked service vehicle.
- Participates in periodic inventory and truck inspections.
- Maintains tools and machinery in good condition and uses all tools in a safety-conscious manner
