Job Summary

The Journeyman Plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and light commercial plumbing systems. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to complete work safely and efficiently while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace residential and light commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine the most effective repair solutions.
• Install and repair water heaters, water lines, drain lines, sewer lines, gas lines, and plumbing fixtures.
• Perform plumbing remodels and new construction installations as assigned.
• Test plumbing systems to ensure proper operation and code compliance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing diagrams.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, installations, and recommendations.
• Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
