JP SVC FSE
Summary
Field service engineer providing on-site support for semiconductor equipment, traveling to customer sites in Japan and collaborating with overseas teams.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Field Service Engineer
- Lead and manage with key customer in semiconductor business and overseas factory
Education & Experience
- Graduate in engineering, electrical, physics, etc. from a university of science and technology
with at least 5 years of work experience. Or, Graduate in Engineering, Electricity, Physics, etc.
from a university of science and technology with at least 3 years of work experience. Or, those
with equivalent knowledge and experience. - Regular driver's license.
Skills
- Business level of Japanese and more than 2 years experience working in Japanese.
- Have practical experience in industrial equipment, inspection equipment, etc.
- Proactive in communicating in English. *Equipment training will be provided in English at our overseas locations.
- Good communication skills to build better relationships with customers.
Working Conditions
- Assign to the Kanagawa/Atsugi office, which located a laboratory.
- The work mode of Coherent Japan is Hybrid i.e. More than 3 days at customer sites or office.
