1.New vendor survey, quality system & process audit, and performance evaluation.
2.SIP formulation and inspector training.
3.Quality issue handling, 8D report formulation, root cause tracking / corrective action validation buy-off.
4.Regular quality meeting with supplier and supplier process audit, production review and sign off.
5.Quality management of supplier.
6.Local business trip will be required.
