-Plan and execute Subcon/Foundry strategy
-New subcon sourcing and development
-Subcon loading plan and capacity secure
-Price deal with Subcon/Foundry
-Review cost structure, price formula and cost verification
-Semi-annual yield/EX rate/LME review and update PIR
-Annual price deal to reach cost reduction target
