(JR-15222) 晶圓廠 高級設備工程師 日班 Senior Engineer, EE (07:30-16:30)

You will be responsible for Photo process area and reporting which includes monthly maintenance cases analysis, equipment performance, continuous improvement, spending analysis.

What you will be doing:

-Maintain and troubleshoot CVD and diffusion furnaces.

-Lead equipment improvement projects.

-Manage new equipment installation and buy-off.

-Develop and update SOPs for equipment operation, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, Production, and Vendors) to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.
