What you will be doing:

• To maintain and increase equipment performance and throughput 機台維護和保養，提升效能及產出
• To support production plan and enhance EHS 支援生產線規劃以及符合環安衛要求
• To provide trainings for equipment technicians/engineers 提供技術員以及其他工程師機台訓練
• To monitor expenses by reviewing spare parts and finding second source 掌控備品使用狀況，找尋適合的備品
• To evaluate new equipment, cost reduction and make continuous improvement 評估新設備、降低成本、持續改善
• To support new projects and enhance equipment automation 支援新專案，提高設備自動化
