JR-18410 Sr Engineer, PE (資深製程工程師)

What you will be doing:

• To maintain process stability(module IPQC and wafer yield) of Fab metal related modules such as sputtering, sintering and evaporation.
• To initiate & execute on yield or quality improvement project and cost reduction project.
• To work on productivity, trouble shooting and capacity expansion projects.
• To support new production development such as new purchased machine installation & buyoff, recipe tuning, and new product mass production on yield improvement.
• To work on CIP programs to meet commitments for automotive customers.
• 負責晶圓廠metal module 相關製程（如濺鍍 Sputtering、燒結 Sintering、蒸鍍 Evaporation）之製程維護與監控，確保製程穩定性、製程IPQC品質及晶圓良率。
• 規劃並執行良率提升、品質改善及成本降低專案，及透過製程優化持續提升產品競爭力。
• 負責生產效率改善、異常問題分析與排除（Troubleshooting），以及產能擴充相關專案之執行與推動。
• 支援新產品與新製程導入，包括新設備安裝、驗收（Buy-off）、製程參數調校（Recipe Tuning）及量產品良率提升等相關工作。
• 推動持續改善計畫（Continuous Improvement Program, CIP），滿足車用電子產品客戶對品質、可靠度及製程能力之要求。
