What you will be doing:

To lead production group leaders and operators to achieve stable output, high yield and on-time delivery.

To enforce zero-accident safety and strict compliance.

To drive WIP stability, quality discipline, abnormal handling, cost awareness and workforce capability through structured training and certificatio.

Strong ownership, real-time decision-making and cross-functional coordination are required to sustain line performance and long-term improvement.

The role also requires flexibility to support weekend/holiday on-duty assignments to ensure uninterrupted production operation.

General EHS Field Management

• Conduct routine on-site safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Monitor workplace compliance and report any unsafe acts or conditions.
• Assist in incident investigations and follow up on corrective and preventive actions .
