About this job:

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform & Agentic AI Developer to join our team and contribute to a UK-based project focused on building lightweight business applications using AI-assisted development.

The team develops internal business tools and applications to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Solutions include Power Apps code apps within the Microsoft ecosystem and lightweight single-page web applications, supported by back-end automation using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.

The role focuses on low-code and agentic development rather than traditional, developer-heavy approaches. You will work closely with the client's team, delivering practical solutions iteratively, from rapid proof of concept through to deployment.

How you'll make an impact:

• Design and build lightweight business applications to streamline internal workflows and improve operational efficiency;
• Develop Power Apps code apps within the Microsoft ecosystem using AI-assisted and agentic development approaches;
• Quickly build lightweight single-page web apps for business needs;
• Build back-end automation with Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps;
• Deliver solutions iteratively, from quick proof of concept through to deployment;
• Work closely with the client team and business stakeholders, acting as an extra member of the client's team and adapting to varied tasks and changing priorities.

What makes you a great fit:

• Extensive Power Platform experience: Power Apps (including code apps), Power Automate, Microsoft ecosystem;
• Hands-on experience with agentic and AI-assisted development tools to build business applications;
• Experience with back-end automation using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps;
• Ability to build lightweight single-page web apps quickly;
• Fast iterative delivery from PoC to deployment;
• Full professional proficiency in English;
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, fast-paced environment, managing varied tasks and adapting to evolving requirements and priorities;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and business stakeholders and maintain regular overlap with UK morning working hours.
