Jr. Architect
Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month
About the role
This role involves assisting in architectural design, construction documentation, site inspection, and project coordination. You will support the preparation of architectural plans, construction documents, and technical specifications while coordinating with multiple technical teams and monitoring construction progress on site.
Key responsibilities
Assist in preparing architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, details, and other construction drawings
Develop and revise architectural drawings based on approved design requirements and instructions from the supervising architect or engineer
Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, renderings, and design illustrations when required
Ensure consistency and accuracy of dimensions, specifications, and architectural details in all drawings
Assist in preparing construction documents, material schedules, technical specifications, and other architectural documentation
Coordinate with Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and other technical teams to resolve drawing discrepancies and design conflicts
Conduct site visits and inspections as assigned to monitor architectural works and verify conformance with approved plans and specifications
Document site observations, construction progress, deviations, and rectification requirements through reports and photographs
Assist in preparing progress reports, inspection reports, punch lists, and other project-related documentation
Monitor assigned deliverables and drawing submissions to ensure compliance with established deadlines
About you
Ability to prepare and revise architectural drawings
Knowledge of construction documents and technical specifications
Ability to coordinate with multiple technical teams
Attention to detail and accuracy in dimensions and specifications
Ability to conduct site inspections and document observations
Familiarity with building regulations and local ordinances
