A leading company in the banking information sector is looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer.
Objective: Provide comprehensive legal support in contract preparation and management, with knowledge of data protection laws and ARCO Rights.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law completed (recent graduate).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in the financial sector.
- Solid knowledge of drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial, civil, and corporate contracts.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and ARCO Rights.
- Excellent organization and control of legal files, both physical and digital.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
- High level of proactivity, discretion, organization, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and excellent legal writing abilities.
