Jr. Cost Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Operational

• Assists in developing, preparing and reviewing the job budget.

• Assists in preparing and issuing the project’s cost report.

• Assists in the preparation of subcontractor’s progress reports and payment certificate.

• Assists in preparing/checking project’s variation orders/claims and its supporting documents.

• Performs quantity take-offs based on contract’s method of measurement with high speed and accuracy.

• Performs site visits to prepare and update the progress report.

• Provides feedback and updates of data required for the preparation of project reports.

• Verifies Purchase Requisition (PR) by checking the quantities against budgeted quantities to ensure that they are within the budget and ensures that the ordered items comply with contract specifications.
