JR CRIMINAL LAWYER (RETAIL)
NewBe an early applicantSebastián Consultores is recruiting a Junior Lawyer, qualified and registered with the relevant Bar Association, in GIRONA, to join the Retail Criminal Law team of a multidisciplinary law firm.
This is a law firm with an international presence and offices in the main cities across Spain.
The Retail Criminal Law team provides legal advice and representation to clients in the retail sector, handling all legal matters arising from criminal offences, losses and conflict situations occurring both inside and outside their establishments, as well as during the provision of services to the public.
Responsibilities:
Managing criminal proceedings on behalf of clients.
Coordinating and working with law enforcement authorities and judicial bodies.
Filing criminal complaints and attending police stations.
Drafting criminal procedural documents and legal submissions.
Attending court appearances and hearings.
Working both from the office and remotely, with travel to stores, head offices, police stations and courts when required.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. Friday, 9:00 to 14:00.
Fixed salary: €18,000 gross per year. Salary progression based on professional development within the company.
The profile we are looking for:
Law degree.
Admission to the Bar as a practising lawyer, or willingness and eligibility to register with the relevant Bar Association.
A strong interest in and vocation for Criminal Law, which will make up the majority of the day-to-day practice.
Availability to work exclusively with the firm, with no possibility of private practice or participation in the legal aid duty scheme.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
Will be required to live in the province of Girona.
