JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision, upholds the integrity of real estate portfolio data for assigned portfolio of clients. Inputs, maintains, organizes and reports on information regarding lease dates, dollar values and financial accounting transactions into a lease management software database. Respond to internal client queries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Runs reports as established on Playbook.
• Work on client communication cases and maintain open communication with Client Services Team's.
• Perform Quality Check.
• Perform Updates in database.
• Data analysis in order to comply with the accuracy of the account.
• Participate on the onboarding process for a new account.
• Performs other duties as assigned including PTO coverage.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Any bachelor's degree from college or university or finished credits or +7 years of equivalent work experience.
• At least 01 year of experience or 12 months working in CBRE Portfolio Services.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).
