Jr. Data Analyst (Quezon City)

The Jr. Data Analyst is responsible for assisting in the collection, organization, validation, and analysis of business data related to operations, sales, inventory, labor, customer behavior, and overall business performance. This role supports management and various departments by preparing accurate and timely reports, maintaining data records, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying trends and performance gaps.

The Jr. Data Analyst will work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Inventory, and other departments to provide relevant data and insights that support informed business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor branch and store performance and assist in identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

• Assist in comparing actual business performance against targets, budgets, and previous periods.

• Identify and report unusual data patterns, inconsistencies, and significant performance variances for further investigation.

• Develop and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and standardized reporting templates.

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data gathered from various sources.

• Assist in identifying sales trends and customer purchasing patterns to support promotions, menu planning, and operational strategies.

• Provide basic data analysis and insights to support business planning and operational improvements.

• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, inventory projections, and other business-related reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role is an advantage.

• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory systems, sales reporting, or business management systems is preferred.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and data organization.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.

• Familiarity with SQL or database management is a plus.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.

• Ability to organize, interpret, and consolidate large volumes of information.

• Good communication and coordination skills when working with different departments.
