Jr. Electrician for Real Estate - Tathawade location

Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Electrician to support electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at our residential real estate project. The candidate will work under the supervision of senior electrical engineers/electricians and ensure electrical work is carried out safely and as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in electrical installation and maintenance work at the residential project.

• Carry out wiring, cabling, conduit installation, and electrical connections.

• Assist in installation of switches, sockets, DBs, lights, fans, and other electrical equipment.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and rectification of electrical faults.

• Assist in testing electrical systems and ensuring proper functioning.

• Read and understand basic electrical drawings and layouts.

• Coordinate with site engineers and other MEP teams for electrical works.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment.

• Follow electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements at the site.

• Maintain proper housekeeping at the work area.

• Report electrical issues, faults, and material requirements to the senior electrician/engineer.
