Jr. IT Data Analyst
Summary
Collects and analyzes business data, builds dashboards, and maintains databases to support decision-making using SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
Responsibilities :
- Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to support business decision making.
- Help identify patterns, trends, and insights from datasets.
- Create periodic and ad-hoc reports in the form of data visualizations (dashboards, graphs, tables) using tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and relevance by validating and maintaining databases and dashboards.
- Support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration from various sources.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand data analysis needs.
- Ensure data is managed in accordance with company data security policies and applicable regulations.
Qualification :
- A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or a similar role (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or internship experience will be considered).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup, formulas).
- Basic understanding of databases and data architecture.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
