Jr IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide IT support for current projects.
- Test and monitor project workflows, identifying bugs, errors, and areas for improvement.
- Report, document, and track issues with detailed logs.
- Assist teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Work with basic programming languages and technologies as required.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for end users, both remotely and onsite.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and supporting operating systems, web servers, and business applications.
- Support deployment and troubleshooting for web-based and enterprise applications.
- Work with full-stack teams to debug, test, and document both front-end and back-end application issues.
- Provide assistance in database management (SQL/MySQL/MongoDB) and version control (Git/GitHub).
- Collaborate on UI/UX testing and user feedback for web interfaces, using prototyping and design tools.
- Log service tickets, maintain IT documentation, and provide technical support for deployment, maintenance, and security protocols.

- Uphold Agile and CI/CD practices as directed by engineering and IT leadership.
- Maintain documentation, attend training, and provide regular updates on technical issues.
- Respect intellectual property and use only authorized tools and code repositories.
- Engage in peer code reviews, daily standups, and mentoring sessions as part of the technical team.

Eligibility:

- Must be a current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Solid foundation in front-end (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and back-end programming.
- Experience or coursework in deploying projects manually or via CI/CD/Cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with design basics, UI/UX concepts, prototyping tools, and version control using GitHub.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and teamwork skills, with a passion for learning and supporting technical deployments.
- For all students in technical streams, curiosity and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Good communication and teamwork skills enhance the overall experience.
- Internship certificate provided upon completion, opening opportunities for IT and tech jobs.
