We're Hiring: Jr. Java Developer (Contractual) – Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas
Join our team as a Jr. Java Developer under a contractual engagement and be assigned to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for developers who are eager to build and maintain enterprise-level Java web applications.
Work Setup:
- Location: Full Onsite
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Employment Type: Contractual Engagement
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Java Web Programming
- Solid understanding of MVC architecture
- Experience with Java EE technologies, particularly JSF (required), as well as Spring, Struts, etc.
- Experience working with DB2, Oracle, and/or SQL Server
- Proficient in development tools such as Eclipse, NetBeans, or Rational Application Developer
- Familiarity with JUnit for testing
- Experience with reporting tools such as Jasper Reports, BIRT, or Crystal Reports
- Knowledge of application servers including WebSphere, Tomcat, or GlassFish
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Must successfully pass the interview and/or technical assessment
