Jr. Medical Equipment Sales & Service Representative

Are you looking to enter the medical device industry or into durable medical equipment (DME) sales? We are seeking a new Jr. Sales and Service Representative to assist us in servicing our clients and expanding our territory in Savannah, GA. For this position, the Jr. Sales and Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for medical practices and hospitals we serve and should be a master at developing and maintaining these client relationships. In addition, the ideal candidate will obtain a thorough knowledge of each of our products and be required to train the medical practice staff on each piece of our equipment.

Our other division supports new and expecting mothers by providing breast pumps and maternity products through their medical insurance. They partner with OBYGNs, Birthing Hospitals, and Moms to help during and after their pregnancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow designated territory by introducing our company’s services to medical practices (Pediatricians, Family Practices, Urgent Care, Pulmonologist, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, OBGYN, etc.) and establish an ongoing service relationship with each practice.
  • Responsible for performing routine equipment checks.
  • Responsible for set-up, delivery, and follow-up on equipment in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Instruct clinics and/or patients on the safe and proper use of equipment being delivered.
  • Complete all paperwork promptly and accurately to support the delivery and billing functions.
  • Utilize Sales Software to document customer visits, sales activity, inventory, etc.
  • Responsible for storage of equipment within each facility, make sure areas are clean, organized and comply with all State and Federal laws.
  • Attend and actively contribute to group sales meetings and ongoing training as scheduled.
