Jr.Product Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
Discussion of requirements with stakeholders (Product Managers, Development Leads, QA Analysts)
Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
Brainstorming of requirements gathered - Suggest product enhancements
Creating workflows and wireframes
Documenting finalized workflows and wireframes for software development, with full explanatory notes for development and testing
Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions
Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
Work closely with Product Managers to liaise with the Sales and Marketing department to ensure highlighting important features and positioning of new products
Create support and training & help documents for internal and external users
Analyze competition and other solutions to feed into product roadmap
Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Analytical skills
Experience in documenting business requirements, functional design, business scenarios etc.
Experience with entire MS Office Suite
Basic presentation skills
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
Any other project management tool
Wireframing and Prototyping
Qualification:
B Tech. (Computer Science/IT), MCA, BCA
