Jr. Program Manager

As a Junior Program Manager at ADDMAN Polymer, you will support the execution of programs for customers across Commercial Space/Aerospace & Defense, medical, and high-end industrial markets. Working under the guidance of senior program management leadership, you will assist in coordinating activities from contract award through delivery, helping ensure performance across cost, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to help drive program success in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.
