Jr. Project Developer
Summary of This Role:
To develop and secure existing/new pipeline, this position will assist the Project Development Team with:
- The advancement of development activities for new wind power projects.
- Assessing and verifying sites fit for purpose from a technical, legal and commercial view and maintaining database of land maps, data, and documents
- Managing the permitting & approvals related to land, project development and grid interconnection
- Providing support in contract management and coordination with interdepartmental teams within IBV (i.e. Legal, E&S, grid management, Admin)
Your Job
- Assist in site activities as needed
- Act as overall document controller for the wind team
- Maintain project database for the wind projects
- Conduct required administrative tasks & permitting tasks related to land departments and other government agencies
- Project schedule monitoring and reporting
- 3+ years’ experience of project management or with Engineering background
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, land acquisition and related laws & regulation preferred.
- Land/property acquisition / development experiences preferred.
- Languages: English is our day-to-day working language.
