About the role
We’re looking for a Jr. QA Engineer to join Better Collective and help ensure the quality of our products throughout the development process. You’ll collaborate with a global, distributed team, supporting both product development and ongoing improvements. You’ll be working with Playbook, one of the leading platforms within Better Collective’s House of Brands.
Ability to work: Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

What you'll be doing
Performs manual testing, reports defects, and creates a higher-level overview of testing outcomes.
Applies best QA practices.
Participates in creation of best practice documents.
Writes, maintains, and organizes test documentation and test cases.
Independently creates functional automated tests.
Organizes automated test cases into recurring schedules.
Analyses results of non-functional automated test runs.
Works closely with the development team and other testers.
What we're looking for
2 years of experience as a technical QA.
Advanced English and fluent Portuguese language skills.
Experience using AI tools (specifically Claude).
Understanding of sports and sports betting.
Experience with manual QA testing.
Experience working with Slack and bug/issue tracking tools.
