Jr/Sales Engineer – After Sales & Service

• Develop new service business opportunities, including annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable service and maintenance solutions.
• Generate enquiries through proactive outreach and regular client visits.
• Build relationships with customers and decision-makers to secure new business.
• Explain technical solutions clearly and manage sales opportunities through to closure.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain an active pipeline of service opportunities.



Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2-3 years of relevant technical sales experience.
• Technical knowledge of one or more of the following: chillers, heat pumps, boilers, calorifiers, or solar water heating systems.
• Demonstrated ability to generate enquiries and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and confident engaging with decision-makers.
• UAE driving license preferred.
