Our Jr Sales Supervisor coordinates and supports commercial activities with key customer to achieve business goals, serving as the strategic link between points of sale and central operations!

This position functions as a high-potential opportunity for future commercial leadership, co-leading distributor sales performance alongside the Regional Executive. The position is based in San Salvador but requires traveling, operating directly from San Miguel from Monday to Thursday. To support this operation, Colgate provides a company car, full gasoline coverage, and car maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Guide and support the Customer sales force to achieve team performance goals.

• Analyze sales and distribution data using Google Sheets/Excel to monitor compliance and identify growth opportunities.

• Manage distribution, sales, promotions, inventory levels, and product turnover across accounts.

• Coordinate on-site execution and merchandising standards with third-party or client personnel.

• Identify market trends and share insights with the Sales Executive to build responsive strategies.

• Map and census points of sale within the assigned area to ensure maximum commercial coverage.

• Execute the 5 P’s strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, POP) and display guidelines at all assigned points of sale.

Basic Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree.

• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in sales, commercial supervision, or trade marketing within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG / Mass Consumption) industry.

• Intermediate to Advanced English level.

• Proven knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Google Suite ).

• Valid Driver's License.

• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time within the assigned region.
