About the role
Responsible for supporting the development, customization, enhancement, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. The role works closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications while ensuring platform stability, data integrity, and process efficiency.
Key responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic tools
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and security settings
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) as needed
Support Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data management processes
Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions
Document technical designs, configurations, and development activities
Collaborate with business users and project teams to enhance CRM capabilities and user experience
