Jr Software Developer

Description

Junior Software Developer will assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications while working closely with senior developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following development standards.
• Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from team members.
• Assist in software deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support integration of third-party applications and services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of software development experience.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of source control tools such as Git.
• Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and software architecture concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills. English Level B2 required
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship, academic projects, or personal software development projects.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
