We are looking for a Jr./Sr. Data Analyst (Python Focus) to join our growing team in Makati City! In this role, you will work with large volumes of data to uncover valuable insights into gaming experiences, explore data relationships, and support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, develop analytical solutions, and help identify opportunities for future projects and improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to gaming experiences and user behavior.
Develop innovative approaches to understanding data correlations and relationships to support informed business decisions.
Utilize programming languages, particularly Python and SQL, to process, analyze, and interpret data efficiently.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure data requirements are clearly defined, properly documented, accurately interpreted, and consistently maintained.
Support data mining, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and other analytical initiatives.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and developing data-driven solutions.
Work with team members and stakeholders to assess, scope, and prioritize future projects and analytical requirements.
Apply appropriate statistical methods, algorithms, and analytical techniques to solve business and technical problems.
Present findings and communicate technical insights clearly to relevant team members.
Ensure assigned tasks and analytical deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Equivalent qualifications may be considered.
Experience or working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, Java, and Perl.
Strong understanding of applied mathematics, statistical methods, algorithms, and analytical techniques.
Familiarity with data mining, database systems, data-intensive application development, and object-oriented design.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical software, predictive modeling, and data analysis.
Familiarity with information retrieval, knowledge representation, computational linguistics, natural language processing, or text mining is an advantage.
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful insights.
Good communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks within deadlines.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with different teams.
Genuine interest in software development, technology, and video games.
Willingness to work onsite in Makati City.
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday.
