Jr. Support Dev. Engineer
- Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and architecture.
- Developing new tools to improve security, efficiency, and overall NOC efficiency.
- Enhance the tools to support our NOC team with our multiple products.
- Improve efficiency and integrity through automation.
- Engage with other departments to learn and recommend where we can provide value to the customer and company.
- Participate and help in solving problems.
- Expect the unexpected.
- Attend departmental meetings and briefings as required
- Good understanding of networking protocols and concepts.
- Basic scripting/programming capabilities.
- Working Knowledge of Linux based operating systems and management.
- Good Experience with Ansible, Jinja and Python
- Good Experience with Napalm, Nornir, PyATS, Netmiko … etc
- Good Experience with Frontend development jQuery, Vue.js
