The Jr. Systems Administrator supports daily operations and maintenance of server, storage, and basic network systems. This role assists with troubleshooting connectivity issues, monitoring network health, and supporting core network services such as DNS and DHCP. The Jr. Systems Administrator participates in the administration of virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V), helps maintain backup and recovery systems, applies system patches, and contributes to documentation efforts that enhance infrastructure reliability. Candidates are expected to have foundational networking knowledge gained through professional experience, home labs, or educational programs. Occasional travel may be required to support infrastructure needs across multiple sites.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or Technical Institute Degree/Certificate in Information Systems or related fields or equivalent work Experience. Minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in a technical support, help desk, or junior systems administration role. Familiarity with ticketing systems, documentation practices, and basic networking is preferred.
