We’re looking for an adaptable, high-energy Junior Technical Operations Specialist to join our team and help share the technical workload. In this role, you’ll act as a versatile technical assistant, tackling day-to-day IT support, helping implement fundamental security measures, assisting with AI-driven development tasks, and helping to plan future improvements to our systems and processes. This position is perfect for a sharp, driven individual with a strong foundation who is eager to learn quickly, work hard, and solve practical problems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Support: Resolve daily hardware, software, and network troubleshooting tasks to ensure seamless operations.

• AI & Scripting Support: Assist with writing, testing, and deploying basic code and leveraging AI tools to automate workflows.

• Security Monitoring: Maintain and monitor basic security protocols, user permissions, and system backups.

• Operational Assistance: Tackle ad-hoc technical challenges alongside senior leadership to distribute the operational burden.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of hands-on technical or IT support experience (open to recent grads in applicable fields as well).

• Basic familiarity with scripting and/or programming languages and an eagerness to work with AI coding tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hard-working mindset.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities without unnecessary overhead.
