Jr. Technical Support Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for Windows systems, CAD software, and other application tools used by PET

• Maintain and support the existing network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, Cisco ISE, and WAN optimization systems

• Perform daily preventive maintenance checks (PMC) on PET Branch Office network systems, servers, and data center facilities

• Ensure continuous operation of PET computer systems and network by conducting troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly

• Coordinate with vendors to address and resolve any system or network-related problems identified during operations

• Deliver immediate technical support and resolution for critical issues encountered during PET operations

Qualification

Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, Cisco ISE, and WAN optimization technologies

• Proficiency in server virtualization and hypervisor platforms

• Experience working in Windows and Linux/Unix or Solaris environments

• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong documentation and technical writing skills
