JT730 - SR. PROJECT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate cost-savings projects within the Released Product Management (RPM) organization.
- Oversee the operational aspects of ongoing projects and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a liaison between Project Management, Released Product Engineering, R&D, Quality, Operations, and other functional areas.
- Manage project dependencies, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Review project status and budgets and prepare comprehensive status reports.
- Identify project issues, assess risks, and develop effective resolutions to support productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Establish mechanisms to monitor project progress and proactively address issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, line management, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives from strategy through execution while balancing business objectives, resources, deadlines, and priorities.
- Develop and implement business plans, operating policies, processes, and standards aligned with organizational objectives.
- Influence and collaborate across functions and business units to gain alignment and achieve project goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
- Strong project management and leadership experience.
- Broad knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and resource management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and business areas.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in the medical device, manufacturing, engineering, or related industry is highly valuable.
