Job Scopes:
- Plan and coordinate the engagement of judges and mentors.
- Manage invitations, confirmations, schedules and communications.
- Coordinate briefing sessions and provide judges/mentors with programme information.
- Manage event-day registration, check-in, attendance and operational requirements.
- Handle queries, last-minute changes and any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as registration, hospitality and event operations.
- Manage post-event follow-up, feedback, attendance records and reporting.
