Junior Account Executives (Telco and ICT)
Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱22,000 per month
The Account Executive is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing client accounts within assigned connectivity-ready buildings and territories, ensuring revenue growth, compliance with sales and operational standards, and adherence to the client's policies and service-level expectations.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new contracts and expand existing client relationships
Engage with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and negotiate contract terms
Collaborate closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction
Contribute to the development of marketing and sales collateral to support the promotion of the company's products and services
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay informed about market trends and build a strong professional network
Qualifications:
• Sales experience is with ICT products is an advantage
• Willing to do fieldwork & client visits
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and can work independently
