Business Planning & Performance
- Support the Amazon business plan and keep trackers, reports and KPIs up to date
- Prepare data and first-level analysis to support performance reviews
- Act as the main daily contact for Amazon and our HQ team, coordinating execution of agreed plans
- Prepare and join regular meetings, document outcomes and follow up on agreed actions
- Maintain templates, trackers and working processes to support smooth day-to-day collaboration
- Own the day-to-day operations of locally managed SKUs
- Maintain product, pricing and content information in collaboration with the Brand & Content team
- Research market and competitor trends to support pricing and promotion decisions
- Support the planning and tracking of promotional activities
- Support monthly forecasting and demand planning together with the HQ team
- Monitor inventory health, flag risks early and suggest improvements
- Maintain financial data supporting budget and P&L tracking
- Monitor invoices and charges, and follow up on discrepancies
- Support cross-functional projects with Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance
- Prepare materials and track actions for Amazon business reviews
- Monitor day-to-day risks and escalate early where needed
- Support other customer channels on projects that go beyond Amazon, as needed
- Support similar tasks based on business needs
- Completed studies or vocational training in Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, account management, retail or a related analytical role; Amazon Vendor/Seller experience is a plus
- Strong affinity for numbers and comfort working with KPI reports, forecasts and basic financial data
- Confident with Excel; experience with Amazon Vendor Central or similar platforms is an advantage
- Structured, reliable and proactive working style with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing topics in parallel and follow through to completion
- Strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent English required; German is an advantage given close collaboration with the local team; Chinese language skills are a plus
