Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (On-call rotation with additional stipend)

We’re currently seeking a Jr. Account Manager to join our growing remote team. What You’ll Accomplish

As a Jr. Account Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

Daily Responsibilities:

Manage Daily Customer Communications

  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails from the team inbox.

  • Assist with entering new service requests, customer updates, reports, and general inquiries.

  • Escalate customer concerns and complex requests to the Account Manager when appropriate.

Process Quotes & Customer Decisions

  • Enter customer quote approvals and rejections received through the team email.

  • Update Work Orders with approval notes, increase NTE amounts as required, and notify the Service Manager and Dispatcher.

  • When quotes are declined without explanation, proactively contact the customer to understand the reason and document feedback.

Maintain Customer Records

  • Transfer information from Fexa into customer portals and required online forms.

  • Ensure customer documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted for Account Manager review when assistance is needed.

Deliver Proactive Customer Communication

  • Provide status updates and progress reports based on customer expectations and service agreements.

  • Notify the Account Manager immediately of delayed responses, customer concerns, or potential escalations.

Ensure Quality & Compliance

  • Review contractor notes in Fexa to ensure they align with Evergreen Air policies and customer requirements.

  • Collaborate with the Account Manager before implementing any customer-specific changes or process updates.

Stay Organized

  • Maintain customer-specific Fexa lists and follow-up items.

  • Ensure commitments are completed on time and that no customer requests fall through the cracks.

Weekly / Monthly Responsibilities

Site Survey Coordination

  • Follow up on outstanding site surveys.

  • Collect, organize, and reformat site survey photos into customer-required formats (PDF or customer-specific templates).

  • Enter audit information into tracking spreadsheets.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Compile audit information, photos, and quotations into professional customer reports.

  • Submit reports to the Account Manager for review prior to customer delivery.

Project Support

  • Assist the Account Manager with administrative responsibilities related to customer projects.

  • Support project tracking, documentation, and customer follow-up activities.

Data Reporting

  • Pull, review, and scrub customer data to ensure reports are accurate, complete, and meaningful.

  • Identify inconsistencies and communicate findings to the Account Manager.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field

  • Can demonstrate the ability to mentor and support the growth of others.

  • Proficiency with Google Suites

  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
