Junior Account Manager
You support accounting firms and their small business clients as they evaluate and adopt Gusto. You conduct high-volume sales outreach, educate channel partners about Gusto Pro, maintain Salesforce records, guide onboarding and account setup, promote features and integrations, and provide advisory sales support.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume outbound emails and calls with channel partners and clients
- Support customers through discovery, qualification, sales, commitment, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate lead and account notes in Salesforce
- Use phone and email cadences and develop effective talk tracks
- Educate channel partners about the partnership program and certification process
- Guide partners in managing clients with Gusto Pro
- Discuss platform usage and business outcomes with partners
- Promote new Gusto Pro features and integrations
- Support clients through implementation and account setup
- Present advisory solutions to channel partners and small business clients
