JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Maintain accurate financial records and record daily transactions related to construction projects.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, including payments to suppliers and subcontractors.

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts for construction-related expenses.

Monitor project expenses, material costs, and subcontractor payments.

Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.

Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders to ensure accuracy.

Handle CPF contributions and assist with monthly payroll processing and submissions.

Prepare and maintain IRAS-related tax documents and assist with tax submissions in compliance with Singapore regulations.

Assist with month-end closing, audit documentation, and other accounting duties related to construction projects.
