Junior Accounting

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Accounting Officer to join our client manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable Management:
   • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
   • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
   • Maintain accurate records of all payables transactions.
2. Financial Record Maintenance:
   • Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes.
   • Assist in updating financial systems and records.
3. Cross-functional Exposure:
   • Participate in broader finance and accounting activities as needed.
   • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Professional Development:
   • Gradually take on diverse finance and accounting responsibilities, evolving into a generalist role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Proven work experience as an Accounting Minimum 2 years.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Ms. Office and accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication English skills, both written and verbal.
• Being able to speak Hokkien is also a priority.
