Description
- Build and maintain relationships with local and international clients, advisors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Provide day-to-day financial, accounting, and administrative support to client entities
- Assist in maintaining accounting records, including journal entries and financial data
- Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and client-specific reports
- Assist in cash management activities, including bank administration and payment processing
- Prepare and support reporting to regulatory authorities such as the Chamber of Commerce and Tax Authorities
- Work closely with senior team members and support ongoing projects
- Maintain accurate client files and ensure proper documentation is in place
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to support reporting and compliance processes
- Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate where appropriate
- Support the preparation of tax-related documentation (e.g. corporate income tax, VAT where applicable)
- Assist in monitoring outstanding receivables and support billing processes
- Participate in client meetings where required and provide support in stakeholder communication
- Ensure all work is delivered in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
